Our priority is the right for tranquility of all our guests, so they can enjoy without interference the cottages and their surroundings, as well as the natural environment of Punta de Lobos. To achieve this, there are some basic cohabitation regulations, which are a requirement when a common space is shared.

When renting one of our cottages, our guests agree with the following:

Not bringing pets or animals.

No music in the verandas.

Not making noise after 23:00.

Respectful attitude towards neighbours.

Each cottage has 1 parking space in the front.

The cottage for 6 or 7 people has 2 parking spaces in the front.

Only people that are staying at the cottages, are allowed to enter in them.
